RAUTER d.o.o. company (hereinafter referred to as the company) is committed to protecting the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the online store. The company will use collected personal data exclusively for the purpose of providing the services it offers. The company respects the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the online store, and will take all necessary measures to protect them from any violations and abuses. 4. Order Status Notifications
We reserve the right to notify you via SMS to the phone number you provided during the order process when your order is completed. If payment for the ordered product has not been made for more than 5 days, we reserve the right to call/message the provided phone number as a reminder for payment.

5. Procedure for Exercising Rights
